We’re seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Compliance Manager that’s focus is assessment support, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will prepare documentation and personnel, represent Ardalyst during third-party assessments and guiding customers through the CMMC Level 2 evaluation process. You’ll serve as a subject-matter expert on compliance requirements, artifact evidence, and the technical configurations necessary to achieve certification. Additional responsibilities include conducting internal self-assessments, performing quality control reviews, and ensuring customers maintain readiness. You will also train and manage Assessment Support Interns, helping build a strong pipeline of future compliance talent. This position offers hands-on exposure to cybersecurity compliance work and a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-moving start-up.

Potential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in assessments with customers and their C3PAOs
- Conduct self-assessments with customers
- Meet with customers to discuss the preparation of document-based artifacts
- Ensure quality and accuracy across document-based artifacts as well as implemented configurations
- Manage and train assessment support interns
- Communicates consistently with the Program Engineering Manager and Project Manager
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the CMMC Level 2 Assessment Guide
- A strong understanding of the CMMC Assessment Process
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to provide technical answers to compliance questions presented by assessors.
- Obtain basic Microsoft and CompTIA certifications within first 6 months of employment, including:
Microsoft SC-900 Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
