Position Overview 

Chevron is seeking a highly skilled Communications professional to join our team. The Employee Engagement Communications Advisor plays a pivotal role in connecting employees to company priorities, positions and issues, enhancing organizational culture, fostering a sense of belonging and driving motivation among employees through strategic internal communications. This individual is responsible for developing, executing and refining internal communication and engagement plans, programs and campaigns that inform, inspire and engage employees at every level. The role requires a creative and analytical thinker who excels at crafting compelling narratives, building relationships and ensuring message alignment from the corporate level through the business and ultimately to the fence-line.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop and deliver compelling narratives that bring the company’s priorities, values, and employee experiences to life, creating content that inspires, informs, and connects audiences across internal channels. 

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans that showcase Chevron’s purpose and strategic objectives.  

  • Ensure all communications are aligned with company tone and voice. 

  • Develop and deliver engaging content across multiple formats, including executive talking points, emails, long-form narratives, social media sound bites, video scripts, and presentation decks, to effectively communicate key messages and engage diverse employee audiences. 

  • Collaborate with the business unit communications leads, HR, leadership and cross-functional teams to create compelling content that fosters employee engagement and builds pride of association.
