Who You Are:

We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Mining team. You will be responsible for managing software and networking projects that are integral to the success of the mining business. This role requires a strong understanding of software development and infrastructure management. You will be responsible for keeping the Software and Networking teams on track and organized, as well as understanding the Mining business needs and communicating with the Mining team leadership on project prioritization and timelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Project manage the Mining Software and Networking teams.
• Communicate with Mining leadership regarding project progress, timelines, prioritization of tasks, risk updates, etc.
• Collaborate with team to create process inputs, streamline workflows, and improve project management tools.
• Project manage other mining business initiatives if there is excess capacity
• Willingness and ability to write detailed requirements in Jira, document in Jira, and navigate around other standard project management tooling to ensure requirements are clearly shared and communicated with applicable teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with support teams and the technology and infrastructure team to ensure Software and Networking teams have what they need to ensure the success of our Mining operations.
• Work with developers to build, test, manage and release the systems while being in constant contact with the respective stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Experience with project management or program management practices and methodologies.
• Technical background with an understanding of software development processes.
• Extremely organized and ability to keep others organized and on-track.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.
