Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Fort Worth Medical City Way clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and eager to grow professionally within a supportive team environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement and progress therapeutic exercise programs
Administer modalities and manual therapy techniques as directed
Accurately document patient care in EMR
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical team
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Texas PTA license (or license-eligible)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong clinical reasoning and time management
Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required
