Shifts available: Part Time- 36 hours
Week 1 * 6 pm - 6:30 am: Thurs thru Sat
Week 2 * 6 pm - 6:30 am: Wed thru Fri
Verland is hiring Exceptional People to provide Compassionate Care as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Sewickley campus.

Two-weeks paid training provided by Verland, to educate new hires on daily living skills, social engagement, personal hygiene skills, along with each individual’s support plan/ personal development goals that are essential to improve the daily lives of the individuals that we serve. Completion of training is required at the start of employment.

Responsibilities:
- Bathe, dress, and assist clients with personal hygiene
- Housekeeping, cleaning and laundry duties
- Cook and Prepare meals
- Assist with meals and feeding
- Medication Administration
- Transport clients to appointments and activities in VERLAND vehicles
- Assist with transporting clients to day program
- Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities
- Record all observations and daily progress notes
- Other duties may be performed per clients’ needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid PA Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions
- Must pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening
- Experience is NOT required!
- Completion of training is required at the start of employment
- Completion of ODP Medication Administration Course is required at the start of employment
