Partnering with the best

As a Production Supervisor, you are leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. You are guiding frontline teams, coordinating production schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You are ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for:

Production Management

  • Supervising daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

  • Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules or resources to maintain efficiency.

  • Ensuring optimal utilization of materials, equipment, and workforce.


Team Leadership

  • Leading, coaching, and developing production operators and technicians.

  • Conducting performance evaluations and supporting employee development.  

  • Promoting a positive, engaged, and accountable team environment.

  • Managing staffing levels and shift coverage to meet operational needs.


Safety & Compliance

  • Enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conducting safety audits and supporting incident investigations.  

  • Driving a culture of safety and continuous risk reduction.


Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensuring compliance with product quality standards and specifications.

  • Supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for quality issues.

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).

  • Tracking and improving KPIs such as productivity, scrap rates, and downtime.


Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality.

  • Providing regular updates on production performance, risks, and issues.

  • Supporting production planning and scheduling activities.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you are:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field from an accredited university or college or high school diploma.

  • Have 3 to 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, including supervisory or leadership roles.

  • Have strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.

  • Have knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.

  • Have experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.

  • Have strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

  • Have effective communication and interpersonal skills. [

  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
