About the role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop data driven learning and talent mgmt. strategy based on needs assessment.
- Drive Field talent selection, attraction, and leadership development strategy and execution.
- Develops DEI and Belonging strategies and drive execution.
- Drive leadership development for field Shift Managers and above
- Lead a team of field recruiters and corporate with a function on process, discipline, and data.
- Lead HR generalist and all escalated field investigations
- Lead field retention projects i.e. (employee communication tool and pulse survey)
- Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed field training to evaluate and measure results.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
- Ensure that field talent management and performance mgmt. initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Educates senior leaders on individual development best practices and facilitates the overall implementation of career mapping of high potentials, emerging leaders and managers included as successors the site’s succession plans through field management.
- Lead planning for system leadership development options for the Franchise Community.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 10+ years of experience in HR-related functions that includes management/leadership development and talent review.
- 10+ years of demonstrated orientation to understanding the business and business strategy, and the ability to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction from manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency pushing self and others for results; delivers on results despite obstacles.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Proven coaching and influence skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree and or HR certifications highly preferred
