We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Security Services (GSS) Cybersecurity Project Manager this position is 100% Onsite and can be worked at one of the following locations: Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; Woburn, MA; El Segundo, CA; or McKinney, TX.

 As part of the Business Execution PMO team, this role will lead projects, providing management direction and support for both independent and interdependent GSS Cyber-led initiatives. The primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional project execution through individual and team assignments. In addition to managing their own projects, the role involves working closely with subject matter experts for specific guidance and direction.

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for projects while leveraging technical experts to create, plan, and execute a comprehensive strategy. This position requires collaboration across GSS, often with Digital Technology (DT), and throughout the Enterprise to coordinate resources and activities for project completion. The candidate must be able to lead and manage large, high-impact business initiatives with minimal supervision.

What you will do

• Lead project planning sessions and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation within a matrix organization.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for timely project delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives. Brief Senior leaders within GSS and potentially with DT.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Facilitate project meetings, providing clear agendas and actionable items.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Product Owner).
• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).

Qualifications We Prefer

• An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is highly desired.
• Cybersecurity and Information Technology industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience with JIRA for Project Management
• Familiarity with GSS processes and technologies in the areas of application development, DT infrastructure and networking services, collaborative tools and technology, and risk analysis/reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodology.
