Dietary Aides work closely with our clinical team to ensure that each resident has a nutritional meal while still enjoying food that they love. Communication and teamwork is essential to providing meals for residents with specific wants and needs.

Dietary Aide Qualifications:

Prior food service experience preferred
Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions
Knowledge of dietary services practices and procedures
Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services in a long-term care facility
Ability to work every other weekend is required!
