Summary


The Alaska Court System invites applications for a part-time Therapeutic Courts Administrative Project Coordinator (salary range 15). This position serves a key role in advancing Alaska's statewide Therapeutic Court Programs by providing administrative and project support to the Director of Therapeutic Courts and the Statewide Therapeutic Courts Advisory Committee. The position coordinates statewide training and technical assistance efforts, helping therapeutic court teams implement best practices and strengthen program effectiveness through education, collaboration, and resource development.


We are seeking a highly organized professional with exceptional administrative, organizational, and writing skills to support Alaska's statewide Therapeutic Courts Program. The successful candidate will have experience supporting grant-funded programs, preparing grant applications and progress reports, developing policies and procedures, and producing high-quality professional documents. 

This position also serves as the primary administrative support for the Statewide Therapeutic Courts Advisory Committee, requiring strong meeting coordination, agenda development, minute preparation, follow-up on action items, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with judicial officers, executive leadership, and multidisciplinary stakeholders. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This position provides comprehensive administrative and project coordination support for Alaska's statewide Therapeutic Court Programs. The Administrative Project Coordinator serves as the primary administrative support for the Statewide Therapeutic Courts Advisory Committee by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and meeting materials, recording minutes, tracking action items, facilitating member onboarding, supporting strategic planning efforts, and assisting with the development of annual reports.

The position also plays a key role in grant administration by monitoring grant activities, deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining grant documentation, coordinating information from statewide project staff, preparing required reports, supporting budget modifications and procurement activities, organizing monitoring files, and assisting with the development of grant applications and other funding opportunities.

In support of statewide training and technical assistance, the position coordinates training events, manages registrations and logistics, collaborates with partner agencies and technical assistance providers, maintains training records, develops annual training calendars, coordinates speakers and presenters, and supports conferences, workshops, and post-training evaluation activities.

Additionally, the Administrative Project Coordinator assists with statewide project management and resource development by tracking strategic initiatives, maintaining program websites and outreach materials, developing newsletters and educational resources, supporting the creation of policies, manuals, and standardized forms, and collaborating with program staff and the Data Analyst to monitor program performance and support continuous quality improvement efforts. The position performs a variety of administrative and project coordination duties that contribute to the successful implementation and advancement of Alaska's statewide Therapeutic Courts Program.
