Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Account Analyst will develop and deploy tactical coordination across multiple areas such as contract management, forecast and demand planning, reporting and analysis, system and data management. In this role, you will support and perform moderately complex analysis and administrative tasks, while developing and deploying new concepts, techniques and standards. This role is part of Cargill’s Salt Sales team. 

Key Accountabilities

• Perform sales account manager activities for non-government accounts and government informal accounts. 
• Support the government and non-government sales teams with system and customer management. 
• Develop new reports and materials to support the sales routine. 
• Support the demand and budget process and guarantee the validation of data. 
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 
• Customer focus and service oriented. 
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package

Preferred Qualifications  

• Minimum of two years of related work experience 
• Salesforce experience  
• SAP experience
