Manager, OpEx Deployment Onsite Charlotte, NCThis Is What You’ll Do:
- Translate strategy into action by operationalizing initiatives across donor centers, corporate functions, and labs with precision and urgency. Ensuring changes are effectively measured, adopted and sustained.
- Hardwire standardization into systems, SOPs, and workflows to eliminate variability and enable long-term scalability.
- Lead team and initiatives to strengthen capabilities, eliminate waste, and improve both donor and employee experiences.
- Ensure execution, coaching, ownership, monitoring and sustainment of operational changes that drive measurable outcomes.
- Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement plans.
- Implement lean methodologies, such as Six Sigma, to streamline operations and eliminate waste
- Monitor and measure the performance of operational processes and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Report on operational performance metrics and presenting findings to leadership.
- Strong leadership and organizational development skills
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, software, and data management
- Expertise in infrastructure architecture and security governance
- Proficient in project and budget management
- Strong negotiating and vendor management capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present technical concepts in business-friendly language
- Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Committed to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy, security, and compliance laws
- Collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in operational process improvement, innovation management, or related field.
- Experience in managing large-scale deployments and ensuring the sustainability of process improvements is required.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex deployments required.
- Proficiency in process documentation, control mechanisms, and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) preferred.
- Data analysis tools and KPI tracking systems required.
