Manager, OpEx Deployment  Onsite Charlotte, NC  

This Is What You’ll Do:

• Translate strategy into action by operationalizing initiatives across donor centers, corporate functions, and labs with precision and urgency. Ensuring changes are effectively measured, adopted and sustained.
• Hardwire standardization into systems, SOPs, and workflows to eliminate variability and enable long-term scalability.
• Lead team and initiatives to strengthen capabilities, eliminate waste, and improve both donor and employee experiences.
• Ensure execution, coaching, ownership, monitoring and sustainment of operational changes that drive measurable outcomes.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement plans.
• Implement lean methodologies, such as Six Sigma, to streamline operations and eliminate waste
• Monitor and measure the performance of operational processes and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Report on operational performance metrics and presenting findings to leadership.

• Strong leadership and organizational development skills
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, software, and data management
• Expertise in infrastructure architecture and security governance
• Proficient in project and budget management
• Strong negotiating and vendor management capabilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to present technical concepts in business-friendly language
• Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Committed to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy, security, and compliance laws
• Collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams

This Is What It Takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in operational process improvement, innovation management, or related field.
• Experience in managing large-scale deployments and ensuring the sustainability of process improvements is required.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex deployments required.
• Proficiency in process documentation, control mechanisms, and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) preferred.
• Data analysis tools and KPI tracking systems required.
