COMPENSATION: Starting at $62,500 annually

TEACHER INCENTIVE ALOTTMENT At YES Prep, we want to retain high-performing teachers in the place where they can have the greatest impact: the classroom. Through our Teacher Pathway, we reward our highest performing teachers with yearly stipends, differentiated development and coaching, and unique opportunities to flex their influence. YES Prep is also a TEA Teacher Incentive Allotment approved district. Teachers in eligible courses can earn up to an additional $32,000 a year based on their performance on our Instructional Excellence Rubric and student growth for 5 years if they remain in the classroom. This means that based on our teacher salary scale, upon their 3rd year in a role, teacher in an eligible course with the following years of experience:
- 1 year of experience: $93,000
- 5 years of experience: $96,000
- 10 years of experience: $99,000
- 15 years of experience: $101,500
