Job Duties: As a Credentialing Court Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our officers and employees meet all necessary qualifications and standards to deliver exceptional service to the citizens of Kansas.  This position provides an exceptional opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with staff across the Kansas Judicial Branch (KJB). 

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED (Position may not include all duties listed and duties listed may not cover all duties that may be performed.)
  • Develop a robust credentialing program for the KJB that includes creation, maintenance, and monitoring licensing, credentialing and certification of records for KJB officers and staff.
  • Conduct all necessary research and outreach to support a credentialing program.
  • Assist in analyzing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency of credentialing throughout the KJB.
  • Support, participate and contribute to the development and growth of credentialing functions.
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure documentation for credentialing and certification of KJB officers and staff.
  • Ensure that policies are maintained throughout the various departments within the KJB, which can include conducting periodic reviews and operational audits.
  • Work with the financial auditors to ensure that review and compliance procedures are consistent across departments.
  • Create any necessary educational materials and related resources.
  • Establish systems for tracking program activities.
  • Facilitate any necessary training and communication for KJB officers and employees.
  • Build a sustainability plan to ensure ERP efforts are integrated into court process, policies, and procedures and are understood and supported by all stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Policy Compliance Officer, the Chief of Attorney Services and Compliance, or their designees.
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • At least two years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate, Master of Public Administration, or related degree that demonstrates the capacity to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • At least three years of work experience within a court system.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of the organization, mission, and vision of the Kansas Judicial Branch.
