Description
Rural Resources Community is seeking a Senior Accountant. This is a full time (40 hours per week), salaried position based in our Colville, WA office with the possibility of a hybrid work model.
Our Senior Accountant position is essential to preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations as well as supporting accounting operations and cash flow monitoring.
This role also plays a key part in audits, tax preparation, and risk management while upholding proper accounting practices and controls. Success in this position requires effective communication, technical proficiency, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Education and Experience
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job. Nonprofit accounting experience is preferred.
Salary Information
Our Senior Accountant position is offered at $7,018 to $7,445 per month. Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, experience and qualifications. Employees who successfully meet or exceed performance expectations during their annual performance evaluation will be eligible for a 3% wage increase.
The full salary range for this position is $6,615 to $10,933 per month and represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position.

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
