We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Consumer Direct Care Network is assisting this member in recruiting an In-Home Caregiver(s). There are multiple shifts available. Member requires total cares physically, but he is alert, oriented and well-educated. The ideal candidate will enjoy stimulating discussions while assisting this young man in his daily routines.
Schedule:               • Fall Schedule: Friday afternoons, and weekends (All day Saturday and Sunday)!Pay:              • $20 per hour for CNA or PCW               • $30 per hour for RN
Responsibilities:              • Total Assist with ADL's               • Transfer in/out of bed               • Brush teeth, Wash Hair               • Help Dress/Undress               • Toileting (measure ins /outs)               • Trach              • Tube Feeding               • Oral Suctioning
Experience and Requirements:              • Please note pay differential for RN vs CNA; caregiving experience preferred.              • Background check will be conducted. Must pass.*              • Current flu and COVID Vaccinations
Equipment Managed:              • Patient lift/Hoyer              • Cough Assist Machine              • Ventilator - (Trach Trained to do that)              • Blood Pressure Cuff              • Suction Machine
