  • Maintain integrated program plans across data ingestion, data quality, reporting, analytics, governance, controls, and platform adoption workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, sequencing and delivery accountability.

  • Serve as the program management liaison for large Finance and enterprise initiatives that interact with or depend on Finance Data, translating technical dependencies into business implications, risks and decisions.

  • Partner across Finance Transformation, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Deals, Data, Technology, and Product teams to align priorities, requirements, timelines, delivery plans and decisions needed.

  • Identify and manage cross-program risks, integration points, sequencing challenges, resource constraints, and decision needs; escalate issues with clear options, tradeoffs and recommended next steps.

  • Support the Finance Velocity Office operating model, including portfolio governance, prioritization, delivery discipline, performance tracking, executive communications and leadership decision support.

  • Develop scalable PMO standards, dashboards, templates, status reporting, and leadership materials that improve decision making and accountability.

  • Drive transparency across the portfolio by creating a clear view of what is on track, what is at risk, where decisions are needed, and whether work is delivering intended business value.

  • Facilitate steering committees, working sessions, leadership updates, decision forums, and escalation processes.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex data, technology, and Finance topics into clear business implications.

  • Partner with Change Management, Communications, Training, and Finance Enablement teams to support readiness, adoption, and consistent use of governed Finance data and reporting standards.
