Delivery Manager

We are currently hiring an Delivery Manager to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in one of our corporate locations in Utah or Arizona.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide guidance and structure to optimize team efficiency and delivery quality, drawing from Agile principles while tailoring practices to fit the organization’s pragmatic, results-driven approach.

• Facilitate key ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, while balancing Agile frameworks with practical needs and project requirements.

• Develop and maintain delivery plans in Jira, encompassing user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and effort estimates.

• Manage delivery timelines and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Act as a liaison between development teams, product managers, and stakeholders, clarifying goals and negotiating timelines to support successful delivery.

• Get hands-on when needed—dive into technical details such as ensuring user stories meet a high standard of clarity, tracking issue dependencies, and collaborating with engineers on solution design or integration points.

• Identify and resolve blockers, coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Combine Agile coaching with a hands-on approach to delivery, occasionally stepping into traditional project management responsibilities such as defining roles, tracking milestones, and managing cross-functional coordination.

• Foster a safe, collaborative team environment that promotes learning, growth, and continuous improvement.

YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong experience in delivery management with a solid understanding of Agile principles, while being flexible in applying frameworks such as Scrum based on situational needs.

• The ability to balance Agile practices with traditional project management techniques when appropriate.

• A willingness to engage with technical details, including understanding team workflows, deployment schedules, and foundational technical concepts, to better support delivery.

• Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence, with experience
