• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM

• Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM

💖 Your Role as an After-Hours Hospice RN

As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you’ll be a lifeline for patients and families during the nighttime hours. Your responsibilities include:

🩺 Delivering Skilled, Compassionate Care – Visiting patients in their homes to provide personalized nursing support.
📞 Responding to Urgent Needs – Offering immediate clinical care with warmth and empathy.
📝 Developing & Adjusting Care Plans – Ensuring individualized and evolving patient care.
💬 Keeping Families & Care Teams Informed – Communicating effectively and offering reassurance.
💖 Providing Emotional & End-of-Life Support – Being a comforting presence when it matters most.

What You Need to Succeed

• Accredited Nursing Education – Graduate of an accredited RN program with a valid state license.

• Clinical Experience – Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (hospice/home health preferred).

• Compassion & Dedication – A heart for patient-centered care.

• Mobility & Reliability – Comfortable traveling within the Jacksonville to Decatur area.
