Maintenance Supervisor

Hidden Brook at Franklin is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

Hidden Brook at Franklin is a Springpoint Senior Living affordable housing community, located in Somerset, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. At Springpoint, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily operations and upkeep of the community in the areas of maintenance, grounds, safety, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the maintenance of the facility and grounds.
• Maintain current written records of all area expenditures and ensure adequate financial records and cost reports and projections are submitted for review. 
• Plan and recommend development of the physical plant. 
• Interview each contractor to receive and analyze bids, including blueprint analysis of proposed changes or modifications.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for the physical plant and equipment.
• Supervise safety, fire protection and prevention programs through regular inspections.
• Supervise Inspection and maintenance of the grounds of the facility, including general cleanup of the front walkways, side entrances, etc.
• Available to be on-call when necessary.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience preferred

Pay Range: $25 - $27 / hour

Shift: M-F, 8am-4:30pm
