Your main responsibilities

• Running Headcount Approval Committee process
• Leading process of headcount planning, monitoring and reviewing with providing gap analysis - budgeting and forecasting Headcount and Staff costs in the Group,
• Leading People Analytics Team, 
• Ensuring complexity and accuracy of data, automating them, 
• Organizing the construction of dashboards for the People & Culture area allowing for tracking strategic KPIs,
• Designing and implementing predictive models based on KPIs from People & Culture 
• Designing, running and optimizing Organizational Review
• Reporting staff costs and KPI results,
• Implementing new solutions and controlling tools to optimize processes,
• Participating in the HRIS implementation project (SAP Success Factors)
• Coordinating of budgeting process for all Group entities

What are we looking for:

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Quantitative Methods
• Fluency in English (min. C1)  and Polish
• Highly numerical skills - above 90 percentile of the market.

• Understanding macroeconomic phenomena
• Reasoning and forecasting ability
• Data visualization:
  • Tableau
  • Power BI
  • Looker
• Data analysis:

• Programming basics (Python, SQL)
