Role Overview: The warehouse Team Lead will be involved in the daily operation of the warehouse; order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory control and operation of warehouse equipment and computer systems. • Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse associates in procedures, performance standards, and company vision.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy in inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
• Assign tasks, direct workflow, and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines.
• Promote company health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all activities.
• Support warehouse leadership in planning future capacity requirements and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and assist in receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock.
• Ensure proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
• Monitor picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee preparation of shipping documents and coordination with carriers.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of stock movements, receivables, and workflow metrics
• Train new hires and support ongoing skill development of warehouse staff.
• Serve as a point of escalation for problem-solving material needs, inventory issues, and process barriers.
• Reinforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and Core Values through daily leadership.
