Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design of the BI landscape.
• Lead the architecture of a modernized business intelligence platform.
• Transition our current BI solution back in-house
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to executives, and mentor direct reports. 
• Ability to gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Strong project management skills for overseeing complex BI projects. 
• Ability to influence stakeholders and promote a data-driven culture

Qualifications

• Experience in data warehousing, dashboard development, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Front and backend experience relating to data
• Experience designing and implementing logic for data processing, transformation, and analysis
• Experience building data dashboards in Power BI
• Need financial reporting/dashboard
• Experience working with international, internal, stakeholders
• Will be working with various stakeholders internally across the business
• Experience leading hands-on, technical employees (engineers, architects, etc.) 
• 4-person team; hiring two BI folks offshore with plans to hire an ETL and dashboard person
