We are looking for an experienced senior project manager to drive initiatives related to early warning, debt collection and other related processes.</p> <p> </p> <p>You’ll take part in supporting individuals and families. With us, you’ll be in good company with plenty of opportunities to grow and make your mark on something bigger.<br/> <br/> About this opportunity</p> <p> </p> <p>We ensure that processes around overdue loans are compliant, efficient and effective, while being as customer friendly as possible. We ensure a full oversight of the customer base and overdue loans, by managing a quality assurance set up and by hosting quarterly debt collection forums.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects deliver the expected value, in time, and thereby get the best possible customer and business impact from our development efforts. You will be working in a team of high-performing individuals, where everyone knows their role and is willing to go the extra mile for the team.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Analyse and provide direction for how challenges should be addressed, based on thorough data analysis and input from stakeholders</li> <li>Develop project plans with a high degree of granularity, and outline and align on project objectives</li> <li>Manage stakeholders so everyone feel heard, engaged and committed to deliver on the common objective of the project</li> <li>Create high quality decision-making and communication material </li> <li>Contribute to the development of our project management capability</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You’ll join forces with a group of ambitious thinker-doers who strive to bring best practices from other fields to create business and customer impact. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.<br/>   <br/> To succeed in this role, we believe that you:</p> <ul> <li>Can structure and solve problems, systematically and analytically – you can take a complex issue and break it down into logical pieces, quickly understand what matters most and come out with business-relevant conclusions</li> <li>Have strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills challenging them if needed</li> <li>Are able to summarize complex solutions into simple visuals, messages and storylines</li> <li>Can effectively plan and prioritize your own work, work with others, and proactively ask your team members for help when needed</li> <li>Have a keen interest in modern digital development for consumers and the accompanying agile methods, and continuous improvement mindset</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your experience and background: </p> <ul> <li>Solid experience in driving complex projects from e.g., management consulting, strategy, or business development roles in large companies</li> <li>Suitable educational background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) that shows keen interest in solving practical problems through project management and analytical methods </li> <li>Suitable functional experience is a plus, e.g. business strategy, product or portfolio management, agile transformations, strategy formulation and execution, or data analytics</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English</li> <li>Experience within risk management or debt collection is considered an advantage</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If this sounds like you, get in touch!<br/>  </p> <p>Next steps<br/>  </p> <p>Submit your application no later than 31/12/2023.
