Student - Bachelor Thesis NetSuite - AI & Design

We are seeking a motivated student to conduct research and write a bachelor thesis exploring the implications of artificial intelligence for interaction design in B2B business applications.

Research Focus

• Literature review of current trends and developments in AI's impact on interaction design and user experience
• Special focus on B2B enterprise applications
• Analysis of user/customer learnability challenges in AI-enabled interfaces
• Investigation of trust-building mechanisms in AI-powered business applications
• Development of design patterns and principles for AI-enhanced interfaces
• Creation of practical recommendations for design teams

Expected Deliverables

• Comprehensive literature review
• Documentation of current design patterns and principles
• Analysis of specific challenges in B2B context
• Practical recommendations and guidelines
• Example scenarios and use cases
