This position focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that store operations and retail processes are accurately reflected in scalable system designs. You will work closely on Oracle Retail Cloud environments, contributing to the definition of functional requirements, process mapping, and solution design. Operating in a fully remote setup, you will engage with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a consulting-oriented environment. The role demands strong analytical thinking, retail domain expertise, and the ability to structure complex operational flows into clear functional specifications. You will also contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance in-store experience and operational efficiency.
