Position Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Analysis, this role will partner with our Go-To-Market teams and across the company to analyze performance, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that support business growth. 

 

About the role: 

As a key member of our team, the Business Analyst will play a crucial role in exploring our sales data and creating insightful analyses. This position will be responsible for managing our ARR reporting and commissions, improving the availability of relevant data, and enhancing reporting through dashboards and user enablement. The role offers significant visibility and growth potential, making it ideal for a driven and ambitious individual. 

 What you will do: 

Data & Reporting 

• Manage ARR reporting and commissions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Build dashboards and interactive reports to improve data availability and empower self-service.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across systems. 

Analysis & Insights 

• Perform data exploration and analysis in Salesforce and other sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and process improvements that increase efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership. 

Enablement & Change Management 

• Provide user education on BI tools and promote self-service.
• Support integration and change management as the company scales.
• Leverage visibility and insight to drive improvements in process and decision-making 

What you will bring: 

• 1–4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, consulting, finance, or a related role; experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and patterns in datasets.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI Tools (e.g., PowerBI)
• Experience with data visualization and presentation.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce, NetSuite, and SPIFF preferred.
• Initiative and drive to develop new data techniques and solve analytical questions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
