Facility Intern

We are looking for a Facility Intern  who will works under guidance of an experienced staff member.  Works closely with department personnel to ensure that correct and complete information is captured for all activities.

*****This is a highly administrative and temporary position.

• Assist with processing and documentation specific to transportation of hazardous material, including but not limited to: creating manifests, waste profiling and printing.
• From the branch, assist local sales and service team members as they complete local and regional hazardous waste projects.
• Help set-up, organize and maintain the office filing system including confidential data.
• Assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, manuals, agendas and correspondence.
• Support experienced employees to help them complete the daily technical and non-technical responsibilities.

• High School or equivalent required. 
• 0 to 3 years’ experience. 
• Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and team player, but able to work in dependently to accomplish goals and objectives.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take initiative.
