What You Bring:

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Experience with leasing, rent collections, and resident relations

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the property

• Drive leasing and occupancy goals

• Supervise and support office and maintenance staff

• Manage budgets and expenses effectively

• Ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance
