Captivation Software has an immediate need for a mid level certified Linux systems administrator to assist with daily activities.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret / SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five years’ system administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline are required.
• An additional five years’ experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree

Certifications (At least one or higher and must be maintained while on contract):

• A+ CE
• CCNA-Security
• CND
• Network+ CE
• SSCP
• Security+ CE

Required Skills:

• MASH, MASH Dashboard, creating and configuring VMs
• Linux system administration
• Agency IAVA alerting and reporting tools (LatteArt, Biscotti, etc.)
• Nessus security scanning
• Conducting IAVA and security-related patching
• Understanding of Agency STE/STN requirements and applicable mitigations
• Monitoring system health with Nagios
• Bash scripting
• SSP management experience

Desired Skills:

• HCI/AWS architecture/configuration, migration to AWS
• NiFi cluster configuration and management
• Knowledge of working with the GECC / Capabilities Service Center (CSC) and handling outages
• Agile software development
• Jira and Confluence
• Ansible/Puppet

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $210,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the years of experience)
