We’re seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor! In this role, you will oversee a dynamic manufacturing team, ensuring staff is organized and workflows run smoothly throughout the day. You will also be responsible for guiding, training, disciplining, and supporting junior manufacturing employees in the factory environment.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- Four (4) year bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, or related field highly preferred.
- Must have production knowledge and ability to lead team members with 3 years of leadership experience.
- Must have lead safety related function within Plant with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO training and experience is a plus.
- Requires ability to read technical material and develop analysis and recommendations.
- Strong Excel skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- A typical day may include:
Implement company’s safety program for a safe work environment. - Manage department, supervise two or more subordinates.
- Make recommendations on hiring, firing, discipline, and promotions.
- Resolve worker grievances or escalate unsettled issues.
- Communicate departmental and plant goals effectively.
- Plan and prioritize production operations.
- Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet product specifications.
- Review production reports to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure machines and equipment operate efficiently.
- Develop and enforce operational standards.
- Maintain production data and paperwork accuracy.
- Enforce company policies (safety, quality, etc.).
- Assist and train subordinates as needed.
- Lead manufacturing activities ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
