(Senior) Software Engineer SAP BW HR Analytics (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Help to implement analytics solutions in the context of HR and workforce (planning) data
• Analyze trends and derive potential actions in collaboration with business partners
• In addition to business requirements analysis, you also handle technical design
• Your main focus is implementing and testing ETL processes in the data warehouse, developing data models for various DB layers, and creating SQLs and reports
• Guiding and coaching product team colleagues to solve technical issues and improve development processes
• Building predictive models that provide valuable decision support to executives

Your Profile

• A successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable course of study, or a comparable education
• Practical good experience ABAP, SQL, Python and ETL are given and good modelling skills and an understanding of relational database systems is  available
• Analytical thinking and approach and passion for business intelligence in the context of HR and workforce analytics should be brought along
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
