Job Title: MuleSoft Engineer- Project Team Lead

Location: HHybrid work environment.  Los Angeles,CA preferred, but open to Dallas, Austin, Chicago or Atlanta 

Travel:25%

Job description:

The duties and responsibilities of a MuleSoft System Engineer include:
• Planning, installing, and maintaining MuleSoft applications and software
• Administering and supporting MuleSoft integration platforms
• Monitoring system performance, availability, and security
• Conducting regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance
• Developing and maintaining system documentation, including procedures for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Working closely with other IT teams to ensure system integration and compatibility
• Responding to and resolving system errors and outages
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures to protect system data
• Training users on the proper use of MuleSoft systems and software
• Keeping up to date with the latest MuleSoft technologies and updates

Key Responsibilities:

  •  7+ years Proven work experience as a MuleSoft System Engineer driving innovation
  •  Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform and any two of the following tools: Heroku, IBM DevOps Deploy, IBM, Ansible AAP, Transformation Advisor and other Automation platform
  •  Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices
  • Experience in managing UNIX/Linux environment
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  •  Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security configurations
  •  Knowledge of system backup and recovery procedures
