Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
Meter Records Management:
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of meter records.
Regularly update and maintain meter data in the system.
Conduct audits to verify the integrity of meter records.
Disconnections and Dispatching:
Oversee the process of meter disconnections and reconnections.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatching.
Monitor and report on disconnection and reconnection activities.
Gas Theft Investigations:
Investigate suspected cases of gas theft.
Collaborate with security and legal teams to address and resolve theft incidents.
Implement measures to prevent future occurrences of gas theft.
Meter Investigations:
Conduct thorough investigations of meter-related issues.
Analyze data to identify discrepancies or anomalies.
Provide detailed reports on investigation findings and recommend corrective actions.
Procedure Development and Compliance:
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for meter management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide training and support to staff on meter management procedures.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on meter records, disconnections, and investigations.
Analyze trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
Present findings and recommendations to management.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience..
Minimum of 5 years of analytical experience in a business environment.
Experience working with business information systems, including SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle or similar.
Experience querying from applications.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data and to identify relevant issues in solving business problems.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex messages, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences at all organization levels.
Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office, to share, retrieve, research and present business information.
Demonstrated ability to successfully handle daily deadlines and multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise discretion when making business decisions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $91,500 to $125,62 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
