Senior Workplace Virtualization Engineer (f/m/x)

<p>Your Role</p><ul><li><p>Design, deploy and manage Virtualization services for end users, ensuring optimal performance and security for large-scale enterprise environment</p></li><li><p>Lead, implement and maintain Virtualization solutions</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, improve processes</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>Monitor and proactively address role-related incidents and performance issues to maintain a high level of service stability</p></li><li><p>Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in endpoint management, security and automation</p></li><li><p>Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development in the field</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Your Profile</p><ul><li><p>Solid and proven experience with building and managing Virtualization solutions like Citrix, VDI, AVD</p></li><li><p>Have end user experience focused mindset</p></li><li><p>Have working experience in IT in a large-scale complex environment</p></li><li><p>Strong automation skills</p></li><li><p>Solid knowledge of different device management and virtualization environments and their dependencies to other products</p></li><li><p>Experienced in coordinating and communicating complex tasks</p></li><li><p>Have working experience in operational technology harmonization</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in English</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:</p>Björn Fabian Scheben
