WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As the Senior Manager of Corporate Systems specializing in NetSuite, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our NetSuite system. Your responsibilities include leading a team of system administrators, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and driving process improvements. You'll ensure the seamless operation of NetSuite across various departments, provide technical guidance, and oversee system upgrades and integrations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

We are in search of an experienced and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented application administrators and engineers focused on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Corporate Systems.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Lead and manage a team of NetSuite engineers and application administrators for Corporate Systems (Finance, HR, Tax, Legal) including NetSuite, Bamboo HR, Legal, Tax, custom, and other applications.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success for delivering quality, on time and on budget.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of customizations, enhancements, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance system performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in all developments and configurations.
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Work directly with product team to understand business requirements and translate them into specific functionality.
• Analyze / process data gaps and develop solutions to bridge the gap between business requirements and system implementation and optimization.
• Stay current with NetSuite platform updates, features, and best practices, and ensure their integration into our systems and processes.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed for specialized NetSuite projects or support.
• Lead / manage a full cycle implementation using a combination of SuiteSuccess and other methodologies.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on NetSuite administration, development, and customization.
• 5+ years of experience in an IT leadership or management role, overseeing a development/support team.
• Experience with Tax, Bamboo HR, Legal, and other corporate systems.
• Experience with payment systems, credit card processing, and payment gateways.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment.
