Community Options is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead our Residential Services team. In this dynamic role, you’ll supervise, train, and schedule Direct Support Professionals, ensuring the highest quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities and the elderly.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations in residential settings
- Support individuals with tasks of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation
- Ensure health, wellness, and personal care needs are met
- Maintain staff schedules and provide coverage as needed
- Monitor site standards and staff performance
- Manage budgets and financial records
- Complete reports accurately and on time
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance service quality

The salary for this position is $18 - $21 an hour depending on experience (DOE).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Access to a working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android)
- CPR and First Aid certified, or ability to obtain successfully during new hire training period.
- A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state will be required based on assigned job duties.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval.
- Required to successfully complete required training and/or certification within specified time frame; time requirements will vary based on assigned training or certification programs.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of human services and developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency with computers including experience with Microsoft Office and Therap Reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people as demonstrated through team-building skills.
