WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join Braze’s Canvas Logic & Execution (CLX) team.
The CLX Team is responsible for building the core logic and functionality for Canvas, Braze’s journey orchestration tool. Canvas is a unified interface that allows marketers to craft campaigns with multiple messages. It’s a bit like a visual programming tool, letting you build a cohesive user journey out of a series of steps. The CLX team aims to expand Canvas’s expressive capabilities and enhance its flexibility across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the CLX product area and work closely with Engineers and Product Designers to bring new products and features to life
- Immerse yourself in understanding our customers, market trends, and the technology landscape
- Understand customer needs for Canvas / journey orchestration
- Stay abreast of our evolving product offerings and work with teams to enhance our products accordingly
- Collaborate with User Experience Researchers to up level your knowledge and empathy for our customers and their use cases, and to help you identify future product opportunities
- Leverage product analytics and research to make informed decisions
- Ensure the continued quality and stability of Canvas
- Refine our technology and processes to enable us to innovate more swiftly with minimal impact on our customers
- Establish and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress and decisions effectively
- Run point on launching features and functionality released by CLX
- Lead the CLX team’s quarterly OKR and annual planning processes
As part of the CLX team, you'll have the autonomy to shape the future of Braze. You'll be at the forefront of exploring new possibilities and making strategic decisions that could revolutionize the way our customers do workflow orchestration and automation. WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills
- A proactive, positive, can-do attitude. You consistently drive projects to successful completion and proactively seek opportunities to enhance both processes and products
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple projects at once
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Bonus Points:
- Experience working at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience at a high-scale technology startup (we operate at the scale of billions of users)
- Experience working with workflow orchestration or automation software
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $140,400 and $232,650/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $156,000 and $258,500/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
