About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our Operations team. As a Line Cook, you will take part in creating memorable dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes with precision, efficiency, and creativity. This is an hourly, full-time position for individuals who thrive in high-paced kitchen environments and bring their best to every shift.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and company standards.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and presented consistently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation and stocking ingredients to ensure kitchen readiness.
• Collaborate with team members to execute service efficiently during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the relevant team members.
• Follow proper food storage and kitchen sanitation protocols.
• Contribute to creating a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred.
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively follow recipes and communicate with teammates.
