Summary
As an Inventory and Logistics Manager at Trackonomy you will serve in a mission-critical role, by being the Inventory and Logistics Leadership to ensure that we can ship products to multibillion dollar enterprise customers. You'll rely on your extensive experience and judgment to build trusted relationships with our internal customers, helping them overcome challenges to achieve their business goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
We want you here if you have:
- Walked into an organization, assessed your team and the processes, and helped identify areas for improvement.
- Looked at the challenges and problems the team is facing and applied your experience to drive to a solution.
You have developed and implemented strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
- You have coordinated procurement logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of materials within the US.
- A self-starter mentality and coordinated project deliverables and schedules, while using standard tools.
- You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills and are proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- You have Identified and implemented process improvements to enhance inventory and logistics efficiency.
- High desire for collaboration and continuous improvement.

- You will thoroughly understand our processes and ERP system and begin to form opinions on improvements.
- You will have met the team and key stakeholders and begun active communication and delegation of tasks
- Full understanding of the work and capability of direct reports

- Define, outline or update Standard Operating Procedures across inventory, kitting, and logistics
