You will play a key role in

• Selling and delivering projects
• Developing the business in the US market within leadership and change
• Driving impactful change in the management consulting industry
• Training and developing consultants on and off projects

We are looking for someone with

• A strong understanding of leadership development
• A proven commercial track record of selling management consulting services in the leadership and change field
• A proven ability to drive business growth
• A US work permit
• Willingness to submit and pass a background check
