Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems and conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
  • Analyzes equipment and system failures, then troubleshoots, and makes adjustments to return to normal operational status.
  • Monitors equipment and systems in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve system reliability.
  • Monitors the work of others in area of responsibilities to mitigate impacts to equipment and systems.
  • Assists in performing analyzes of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommends and implements improvements.
  • Supports gathering and analysis of data, blueprints, and reports and additionally supports analysis of project costs and preparation of budgets through on ground experience.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's technical degree in chemical, mechanical, a water program, related field operations or comparable facilities experience OR candidate must have 6+ months of experience in preventive maintenance in a facility environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Wastewater certification or equivalent.
  • Facilities maintenance experience.
  • Dewatering of waste activated sludge operation.
  • Ion Exchange and Reverse Osmosis treatment.
