WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $65,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Gather technical information from business partners and existing resources to develop relevant documentation recommendations based on business needs.
- Translate technical, operational, and business concepts into clear, concise content for a variety of audiences.
- Review existing documentation and recommend updates to improve accuracy, clarity, and usability.
- Follow established documentation standards, templates, and style guidelines.
- Participate in meetings, knowledge sessions, and walkthroughs to understand business processes and documentation needs.
- Create basic visual aids, such as process flows, to support written documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to review content and ensure consistency across documentation.
- Proofread and edit documentation for grammar, formatting, readability, accessibility and compliance with established standards.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and communicating progress to stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 1-3 years of technical writing, business documentation, training documentation, communications, or related experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to organize information and communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to developing technical writing skills
- Experience collaborating with teammates and/or business partners
- Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, Visio, Draw.io, or similar platforms preferred
- You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
