Light Duty Maintenance Handyman Position

We are hiring for a light duty maintenance position Handyman to cover the needs for several properties in Austin and San Antonio.

Requirements:

• General handyman experience
• Ceiling tile replacement
• Light bulb replacement
• Remove minor toilet clogs, plumber would be called out to perform more in depth work.
• Patch & Paint
• Experience in Sheetrock and Spackling
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (floor machines and extractors)
• Knowledge in cleaning/janitorial is a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate verbally and via email
• Work order system knowledge a plus

Benefits:

• $25.00 to $30.00 an hour
• Shift is Monday - Friday
