Most of all, we strive for a culture where our employees view us as one of the best places to work.</p> </div> </div> <div class="jd-section-job-taxonomy-attributes"> <p><strong>Job Description:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Maintenance Technician 1 is responsible to conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, property, and structures.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner with minimal supervision</li> <li>Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment</li> <li>Clean the work area, shop, and maintenance storage</li> <li>Perform building maintenance duties (paint, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC maintenance etc.)</li> <li>Complete a maintenance check lists and report statuses to supervisor daily</li> <li>Co-operate with and oversee contracted vendors</li> <li>Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs</li> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot issues</li> <li>Complete work orders as assigned and in a timely manner</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul&g
