Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business strategy and business processes, priorities, challenges, and opportunities of the assigned region or function.
• Translate business requirements into IT needs (IT Demand Management) and facilitate the delivery of IT solutions that meet business needs and expectations.
• Act as single point of contact and escalation authority for IT-related questions and inquiries managing the relationship between IT and business stakeholders.
• Represent business interests and needs within the FCS Global IT functions and ensure the alignment of IT strategy and services with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and value of IT services and solutions, with feedback and recommendations for improvement and innovation.
• Support the change management of IT initiatives and projects in the business area, ensuring effective communication, training and support.
• Collaborate with other IT business partners and IT teams to share best practices, insights, and solutions within the organization.
• Implement group-wide policies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience working in IT within a manufacturing environment
• Expert knowledge of IT systems, architecture, processes, and SAP environment
• Experience working closely with executive stakeholders
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally - up to 50%
• International experience is a plus
