Corporate Security Officer

Location: East Providence, RI 

Pay Range: $19.50

The Security/Reception Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Qualifications: 

• Access Control: Monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Customer Service & Assistance: Providing directions, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming yet secure environment.
• Risk Assessment & Reporting: Identifying potential security threats and documenting incidents for review.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to client and company security policies. 

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age. 
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States. 
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 
• 1+ years of security, military or law enforcement required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
