Job Description

In this unique opportunity to join a thriving business as a Summer Intern you will be get the opportunity to: 

• Refine, update, and help manage all food operation SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) by partnering with Learning & Organizational Develop team
• Coordinate and help manage food operation smallware catalog and standardization process
• Assist in the creation of training resource materials like job aids, job builds and checklists in partnership with the Learning & Organizational Development Team
• Planning, coordination, tracking and communication of all required compliance training by partnering with the Environmental Health and Safety
• Monitor and help manage newly launched Food Donation process to ensure compliance     
• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $18-$25/hour

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BS program with a focus on technical studies or like field
• Junior/Senior year students are preferred
• Previous internship or project work in a technical field 
• Able to work independently on tasks and seek information from multiple resources 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
