Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Customer Demand Coordinator, our future Customer coordinator will have as main missions to analyze Customer demand through permanent follow-up, internal and external coordination to satisfy customer needs on time. In addition, to plan and organize all steps from Order reception to shipment achievement
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders
- Track customer variations
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
- Control and follow FG stocks
- Organize customer pick-ups
- Manage returnable packaging availability
- Ensure delivery performance at the required level
- Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight /0obsoletes/ OTIF 100%
- Track customer backlogs to avoid any issues with customers
- Monitoring products changes: 0 obsolete and handle customer claims
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within the automotive industry
