A Day in the Life
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced Global Supply Management Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will support category management and cross-functional project teams with strategic sourcing analysis, digital transformation initiatives, and data management.You’ll partner closely with category managers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to drive insights and process improvements that influence key sourcing decisions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with ample opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real difference.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Partner closely with Category Managers to provide ongoing analytics that shape sourcing strategies
Lead cost analytics initiatives that translate should cost models, RFQ to potentially saving opportunities
Define, communicate, and maintain clear criteria definition to deliver consistent results
Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations
Support strategic reviews, sourcing events, and cross-functional meetings with real-time analytics and recommendations
Own and enhance sourcing process and self-service tools used by category teams and stakeholders
Ensure high-quality data management, integration, and consistency across multiple platforms
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Solid understanding of supply management, supply chain, purchasing, and quality processes
- Proficiency in data analytics concepts and tools
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences across all organizational levels
